How to Exercise Every Day.

I move my body every day.

Every day? Yes. Every day.

Here’s my “Why”…

I do it for my mental health before anything else. Exercise has been proven in millions of studies to directly improve anxiety, depression, and focus.

I do it so I can sit on airplanes to go make memories.

I do it so I can walk through the ruins even when the steps are uneven.

I do it so I can climb the hill for the best view.

I do it so I can make it through the whole museum.

I do it so when my grandkids say “do you want to (insert any reasonable physical thing)” I have a shot at answering yes.

What’s your why for doing it?

Good job!

Now what’s your why not?

Why aren’t you doing it?

There are tons of reasons why you might not be moving on a regular basis.

You don’t like to sweat. (I have answers for that.)

You don’t want to hurt yourself.

You don’t know where to start.

You are embarrassed.

You don’t want to sign up for the gym.

You have social anxiety.

You know what? Those are all overcomeable.

Let’s do this!
