How to Start Coaching in Your Business Even if You Don’t know How to Coach.

If there’s one thing you know about me by now, it’s that I think having multiple streams of income (MSOI) is the key to freedom.
One of the streams of income you might be thinking about is coaching.
Many of you have offers, but you still feel like a fish out of water when it comes to offering a higher-touch / higher-value coaching program.
You’ve been trying to “figure it out” on your own… when you have time to think about it.
Instead of reinventing the wheel, step into a proven coaching system.
Now this isn’t for everyone, but it is a way to gain instant confidence and the ability to coach quickly and effectively.
Today, I will share a program that I’ve personally enjoyed and have gone through that I think can help everyone to become a coach or a better coach – no matter what type of coach you are (business, life, health, relationship, or parenting).
It’s called Problem Shifting and it’s based on the concept of what we resist persists.
It’s a method to help a client step into the resistance they are feeling and therefore move past it – ideally in less than 20 minutes.
The PROBLEM itself may not go away in 20 minutes (because truthfully not every problem can be fixed, including your sister-in-law’s name-calling), but the trigger, the reaction, the heat, and the stress about it can go away.
This enables your client to move forward with a greater sense of calm and focus rather than staying stuck in a panicked state.
And the best part is that you can do it on yourself!
I do a problem shifting most days to make problems no longer a problem. It takes me 10 minutes or less now that I have the practice so I can move through problems fast.
I completed the full practitioner program in 2023 and I really enjoyed it.
The program is continually improved to work even better, so I’m going through it again, to learn the refined methods.

This is the advanced certification – but it’s not necessary to start.
The only heads up I will give is that some people collect certifications and allow them to gather dust.
So while I do recommend the problem shifting method (the $97) option for literally everyone, I only recommend you get the higher level certification if you have a plan for using it or you just absolutely adore learning like I do and you’ll actually go through the entire thing.
